How to Return a Device to i-Go.Life using the 12-Month Hardware Warranty (UK Only)

Thank you for choosing i-Go.Life and trusting our products. In the event that your device experiences any defect or malfunction during the 12-month warranty period, we are here to assist you with a repair or replacement. Please follow the instructions below to initiate the warranty claim process:

Step 1: Determine Eligibility

Ensure that your device is eligible for the 12-month warranty coverage. The warranty applies only to devices purchased in the UK directly from i-Go.Life or an authorized reseller. It does not cover devices purchased from private individuals, devices outside of the UK, or non-i-Go.Life products.

Step 2: Back Up and Remove Personal Data

Before sending your device to us for warranty service, it is essential to back up all personal data, software, and information to safeguard against potential data loss during the repair or replacement process. You should also remove your SIM card and disable any security passwords, including “Find my iPhone” or equivalent apps.

Step 3: Contact i-Go.Life Support

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our support team by completing the warranty form below. Our team will direct you to the Warranty Portal, where you can provide detailed information about the issue you are experiencing and initiate the shipment process.

Step 4: Use Pre-Paid Royal Mail Label

Upon completing the necessary forms in the Warranty Portal, a pre-paid Royal Mail label will be provided for your convenience. Please ensure that the parcel is clearly labeled with your name to avoid any delays or losses during transit.

Step 5: Await Verification and Repair/Replacement

Once we receive your device and verify that it is covered by the warranty, we will proceed with the repair or replacement process. Please note that if the issue falls within the warranty guidelines, we reserve the right to choose whether to repair or replace your device.

Step 6: Reinstall Software and Data

If your device is repaired or replaced, you will be responsible for reinstalling all software programs, data, and information onto the device. Some apps may not be compatible with system/software updates installed during the service, and we will not be liable for any apps that cannot be reloaded onto the new or repaired device.

Step 7: Transfer Warranty to Replacement Device

In case of a replacement device, the remaining time on your 12-month warranty will be transferred to the new device. If less than three months remain on the warranty, we will extend the warranty to provide you with a 3-month warranty on the replacement device.

    • The warranty covers defects related to materials or workmanship and does not include damages caused by mishandling, misuse, neglect, accidents, liquid damage, or unauthorized adjustments.
    • It is essential to remove any content, such as photos and videos, as i-Go.Life does not take liability for the loss of content during a repair.
    • If we suspect that the serial number has been removed or the device is stolen, the warranty claim may be void.
    • This warranty is in addition to your legal rights as a consumer in the UK and does not affect or replace any such rights.

    Grading Definitions

    Pristine (GRADE A)

    This device will look and feel like a brand new mobile device, be in pristine condition and have no scratches or blemishes, this is our guarantee.

    Excellent (GRADE B)

    This device may show very minor signs of use in the form of small and minor scratches or marks. Generally speaking this device will be in very good condition.

    Good (GRADE C)

    This device will show signs of usage ranging from light and moderate to substantial. This phone will work like any other graded device and will have gone through a series of test to ensure its functionality.
