Grading of Devices

Our bread and butter is ‘look brand new and work like new tech’ but to cater to the diverse needs of businesses, we offer a range of refurbished devices and a range of cosmetic conditions too (pristine, excellent and good) – all of our cosmetic conditions still guarantee full functionality. For those businesses requiring brand new devices, we also provide new handsets to meet their specific requirements.

Our good condition phones are what we like to call ‘environmentally friendly’! This device will show signs of usage from light, moderate scuffs and scratches to more substantial cosmetic blemishes. The phone will work like any other device and will have gone through a series of rigorous tests to ensure it is fully functioning. It is a great option if you want to get a newer model of phone within a smaller budget. You can always pop a phone case and screen protector on the device to cover any cosmetic blemishes!

Excellent – this device may show very minor signs of use, from small and minor scratches to slight marks on the body of the device. Generally speaking this device will be in very good condition with a guaranteed minimum battery health of 85%. Like all of our devices, it will work like any other phone and will have gone through a series of rigorous tests to ensure it is fully functioning.

Faulty Devices and Repairs

They can return the device using a pre-paid label via our warranty portal, and our state-of-the-art diagnostic software will determine the fault. If the device is found faulty, we will promptly repair or replace it within 24 hours.

For instances of consumer-induced damage, we provide a repair quote. Customers who opt for insurance on their devices benefit from our contract to repair any handsets supplied by iGo, creating a mutually beneficial relationship.
